ARTICLE 5. Ordering Process
To place an order with Baleint, you must add desired products to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and provide accurate billing and shipping information.
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees and any additional customs taxes that may arise upon receiving your order.
Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
By submitting an order, the customer agrees that the purchased items are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of products purchased from Baleint, including but not limited to resale or distribution for profit, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Baleint.
ARTICLE 6. Shipping and Delivery
Baleint ships orders to addresses within Türkiye, the EU, the US and select international destinations.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Baleint cannot foresee any customs taxes that may apply to your package and is not responsible for these costs, by submitting an order you agree that you are responsible for these costs.
We aim to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
ARTICLE7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Baleint accepts cancellations of orders before dispatch, any cancellation of an order before dispatch is eligible for a full refund. You are responsible for all shipping costs and customs taxes for cancellations made after the order has been dispatched.
Baleint accepts returns of unused and unworn products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs. Please note that for an item to be eligible for a refund, all tags must be intact and the item must be in its original packaging.

DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is executed electronically between the parties whose details are provided below.

2. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website [www.shopbaleint.com].
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the ordered products. The order details and total amount are specified in the order confirmation email.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIME
4.1. Products will be handed over to the shipping company within 3 business days from the order date.
4.2. The estimated shipping duration is 3 - 7 days.
4.3. Delivery will be made via Yurtiçi Kargo / FedEx / UPS / DHL / DPD.
4.4. In case of extraordinary circumstances or force majeure that prevent delivery, the Seller shall inform the Buyer accordingly.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without any justification or penalty.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within this period.
5.3. In case of withdrawal, the products must be returned in their original packaging, completely unused, and in perfect condition.
5.4. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the Buyer.
6. RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS
6.1. After the returned products are inspected by the Seller, if they meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
6.2. Used, damaged, or customized products cannot be returned.
6.3. Order cancellations must be explicitly communicated to the Seller before the product is shipped.
6.4. For cancellations after the product has been shipped, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping cost.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For the implementation of this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's location shall have jurisdiction up to the value determined by the Ministry of Trade.
8. ENFORCEMENT
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
